EXPERIENCE:

25+ years as a performance driven C-level executive. Over that period I have co-founded or been an acting C-level exec for 8 organizations, 6 of those at the start-up phase. As a consultant and coach I have worked with in excess of 50 organizations to help hone their strategies and support their growth plans.

WHAT I DO:

Work with you to identify the top 1 - 3 challenges you’re struggling with, develop a “solutions plan” that includes set of clearly articulated objectives, milestones and defined outcomes.

HOW IT WORKS:

I charge a flat fee to work through the discovery phase and develop a “solutions plan”. Once the plan is set, I work on a monthly retainer based on the scope of the project and our meeting cadence. For most clients that comes in the form of a weekly check-in call.
